Job summary

HRG, a leading consulting engineering firm, seeks a Project Manager | Hydrogeology in the Harrisburg, Lancaster, or York, PA offices. You will guide groundwater and environmental projects from planning through implementation, coordinating with engineers, GIS specialists, and scientists to deliver impactful solutions for municipal, industrial, and environmental clients.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hydrogeology and project management experience, familiarity with groundwater modeling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Geologist license preferred; GIT designation considered depending on experience.
• 5+ years of hydrogeology experience with project management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead groundwater resource and hydrogeologic projects through planning, permitting, and implementation.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client experience for successful delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, regulators, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Mentor staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, GIS, and environmental science.
