Job summary

HRG is seeking a Project Manager | Hydrogeology to lead complex groundwater resource and hydrogeologic projects across municipal, industrial, and environmental clients in the Harrisburg, Lancaster, or York, PA area. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships while coordinating with engineers, scientists, GIS specialists, and regulators.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hydrogeology or environmental consulting, a Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field, and a PG

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related technical field
• 5+ years in hydrogeology or environmental consulting
• PG license preferred; GIT may be considered
• Experience with groundwater well design and aquifer testing
• Strong analytical and report writing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead groundwater resource and hydrogeologic projects from planning to implementation
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while maintaining client satisfaction
• Coordinate with engineers, GIS specialists, and regulators
• Develop hydrogeologic models and monitoring plans
• Prepare technical reports and proposals
