Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Senior GIT 2 (Hydrogeologist) to work out of our Homestead, PA office. You will oversee site investigations, environmental due diligence assessments, sampling and monitoring, remediation, and regulatory reporting under supervision.

Requirements include a B.S. in Geology or related field, 3+ years in environmental consulting, GIT status, and willingness to travel up to 75% across the Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Bachelors (B.S.) degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Geoscience or related earth science field.
• 3+ years of environmental consulting experience including site investigation, environmental due diligence, and environmental remediation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete site investigations, environmental due diligence assessments, sampling and monitoring, site remediation, and regulatory compliance evaluations and reporting.
• Prepare Remedial Action Plans and related reports in accordance with regulatory programs.
• Develop technical specifications for client proposals and participate in client communications.
