GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Senior GIT 2 (Hydrogeologist) at our Homestead, PA office. You will lead site investigations, environmental due diligence, sampling, and regulatory reporting under supervision. The role requires 75% travel within the Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Qualified candidates have a B.S. in Geology, a minimum of three years in environmental consulting, and Geologist-in-Training status. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of environmental consulting experience in PA, WV, OH.
• Experience with Phase I/II ESAs and remedial investigations.
• Knowledge of groundwater, soil, and indoor air sampling.
• Familiarity with state voluntary remediation programs and regulations.
• Strong technical communication and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site investigations and environmental due diligence.
• Prepare Remedial Action Plans and regulatory reports.
• Conduct sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, and indoor air.
• Coordinate field activities including monitoring-well installation and slug/pump tests.
• Travel up to 75% within Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic regions.
