Nel Hydrogen is seeking a Test Engineer to operate, maintain, and improve test stations and systems in the Technology department. You will help ensure reliable test execution, high equipment availability, and efficient testing processes supporting product quality and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant engineering experience in operation, maintenance, or development of test systems is advantageous.
• Good understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor test stations and test equipment.
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of test systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test equipment and associated systems.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Support the installation, upgrade, and qualification of new test equipment.
• Analyze test results and report deviations.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure effective testing processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Participate in continuous improvement of test methods, automation, and process efficiency.
• Provide training and support to users of test equipment.
