Position Summary

The Hydroexcavation Superintendent will lead field operations, oversee crew performance, manage equipment, and ensure that all hydroexcavation projects align with safety standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hydroexcavation operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and execute work plans to optimize crew efficiency and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Supervise, train, and mentor hydroexcavation crews to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, job details, and safety protocols.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new hydroexcavation team members.
