System One is seeking a Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) for hydroelectric generation projects in Georgetown, CO. This onsite role oversees turbine, generator, and related infrastructure work, acting as the owner's field representative to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hydroelectric power generation construction or major capital projects.
• Hands-on field experience with hydro turbines and generators.
• Experience with turbine/generator disassembly, overhaul, and installation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and disciplines.
• Strong communication and leadership in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's primary construction representative in the field.
• Oversee EPC and specialty contractors for safety, quality, and schedule.
• Monitor compliance with drawings, specs, and work plans.
• Coordinate interfaces among engineering, operations, safety, and commissioning.
• Maintain daily reports, RFIs, and progress updates.
• Lead safety during heavy lifts, turbine work, and high-risk activities.
