Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is hiring Hydroblaster / Field Technicians to safely execute industrial cleaning projects at customer sites and to lead the crew on daily operations.

Responsibilities include hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment, supervising job safety, coordinating with customers, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining equipment. This role demands stamina for long shifts and adherence to stringent safety rules.

Qualifications

• Two or more crews leadership/coordination experience.
• Ability to understand and respond to safety instructions in emergencies.
• Basic comprehension of job-site safety policies.
• Valid driver's license and TWIC credential where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety policies and procedures for company and customer at the job site.
• Operate hydro-blasting equipment as needed.
• Run or assist with high-pressure pumps and specialized cleaning gear.
• Maintain equipment and document job progress accurately.
