Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Hydro Blaster/Field Technician to join a safety‑conscious team. This role involves hands-on hydro blasting and operating high‑pressure equipment across service lines with strict safety adherence to customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training & essential experience gained on other jobs.
• Language proficiency: understands English at a level to comprehend safety training & respond to instructions in emergency situations.
• Valid driver's license and other requirements of company’s driving policy when driving company vehicle.
• Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers.
• Provide Federal Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

Responsibilities

• Safety representative ensuring safety policies and procedures of both the company and customer.
• Hands-on operation, when required, of manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment.
• Operation of special equipment, such as ultra-high-pressure pumps.
• Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized hydro-blasting and/or chemical cleaning equipment.
• May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment used on the job.
• Interface with customer representatives regarding job setup and scope in supervisory capacity; report to branch manager.
