Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to execute industrial cleaning services at customer sites across our service lines. You will work in a team, plan and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment safety, and meet client specifications with a focus on quality and timely documentation.

The role requires hands-on hydroblasting work, operation of high-pressure pumps, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused field role requiring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment as needed.
• Operate high-pressure pumps and related tools.
• May require supervision and coordination of crew activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for the job site and customer requirements.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment.
• Operate specialized equipment such as ultra-high-pressure pumps.
• Inspect surfaces to ensure compliance with specs.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assist supervisor in coordinating job setup and client expectations.
