Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to perform safe, efficient industrial cleaning at customer sites across our service lines. You will lead on-site operations for two or more crews, ensure equipment operation, and document job activities to high standards.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on hydro-blasting experience, willingness to work long shifts, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safety representative responsible for safety policies & procedures for company and customer.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment when required.
• Operate ultra-high-pressure pumps and other special equipment.
• Energize pumping and hydro-blasting/chemical cleaning equipment on site.
• Examine surfaces to ensure conformance to specs.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Supervise: interface with customer reps on job setup, ensure requirements are met, report to branch manager.
