Job summary

Hydro Excavators, LLC seeks a field operator for on-board hydro-vac work, mostly outside the truck, performing non-destructive excavation around underground piping and cables.

You will document all required paperwork, communicate with on-site customers, lead teams, troubleshoot equipment, and uphold safety standards. Travel out of town/state may be required; lifting 60+ pounds and heights are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and OSHA10 safety card certification.
• OSHA10 training provided if not already held, funded by Hydro Excavators, LLC.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Document all required Company, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork clearly.
• Communicate with on-site customer representatives to locate safest parking for equipment.
• Lead and direct personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety, travel as required, lift 60+ pounds, and work at heights.
• Flexible hours and readiness to work in varying conditions.
