Omega Foundation Services, LLC. is seeking a Hydro Excavation Project Coordinator to join their team in Southaven, Mississippi. The coordinator will handle planning, coordinating, and supporting hydro excavation projects, ensuring they are completed safely and within budget.

This role also includes serving as the primary contact for customers and preparing necessary project documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of related experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction, utility services, or related industries.
• Previous experience coordinating field operations or managing projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hydro excavation projects, schedules, equipment, and personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after project execution.
• Prepare project documentation including work orders, estimates, change orders, and project closeout packages.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of hydro excavation operations and underground utility practices

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with project management software

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to read construction drawings and utility maps

Understanding of budgeting and project cost tracking

Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
