Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction or related fields required.
• Experience coordinating field operations preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hydro excavation projects and schedules.
• Serve as primary point of contact throughout projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and equipment utilization.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of hydro excavation operations

Ability to prioritize multiple projects

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with project management software

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to read construction drawings

Understanding of budgeting and scheduling

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
