Travel to job sites and flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts, are required. The role emphasizes safety, precise potholing, site setup, and crew communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hydro excavation experience required.
• Valid CDL Class A and TWIC card required.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required; endorsements are a plus.
• OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification is an asset; willingness to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydro excavation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Expose underground utilities using potholing techniques.
• Assist with setup of work sites including traffic control and utility locates.
• Remove and dispose of soil and debris following proper procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hydro excavation equipmentsafely and efficiently
• Expose underground utilities usingprecise potholing techniques
• Help set up work sites, includingtraffic control and utility locates
• Remove and dispose of soil anddebris appropriately
• Complete daily equipmentinspections, cleaning and routine maintenance
• Follow company and site safetyrequirements; report incidents promptly
• Keep accurate work and equipmentlogs

Qualification and Competencies:

• 3-5 years of hydro excavationexperience
• Valid CDL, Class A and TWIC card
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Additional endorsements are anasset
• Mechanical aptitude and ability totroubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Able to work outdoors, lift up to50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Clear communication with crewmembers, supervisors and clients
• OSHA 10-hour construction safetycertification is an asset; willingness to obtain required certifications
• Candidate must be local to Freeportor Houston area
