• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor tasks.
• High school diploma preferred; OSHA/HAZWOPER training is an asset.

Role Description The Hydro Excavation Operator is a full-time, on-site position based in Baytown, TX. This role is responsible for operating hydro excavation trucks and related equipment to safely expose underground utilities and infrastructure using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. Day-to-day tasks include setting up equipment at job sites, following work orders and safety procedures, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring proper disposal of spoil materials. The operator will read site plans, coordinate with crew members and supervisors, maintain clean and organized equipment, and complete required logs and documentation. The role also involves adhering to company safety policies, complying with local and federal regulations, and communicating effectively with customers and team members during field operations.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, working outdoors in varying weather, and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant technical or safety training (e.g., OSHA, HAZWOPER) is an asset.
