Job summary

DZ Grinders LLC in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Hydraulic Technician who will lay out, assemble, install and maintain hydraulic systems per prints and blueprints. You will handle materials, count parts, and ensure safe operation in the work area.

Responsibilities include inspecting tools, crimping fittings, building valves, installing hoses and components, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining PPE and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and prints.
• Ability to read and measure parts with a tape measure.
• Commitment to safety and PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect tools and equipment for safety and operation at shift start.
• Crimp fittings onto hydraulic hoses and flair tubes.
• Build valves and cut hoses per print specifications.
• Install hoses, tubes, valves, pumps and motors per print specs.
• Safely operate equipment to produce parts for the production process.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and inform supervisor of non-conformities.
• Maintain and use PPE as required by safety policies.
• Follow all safety policies and perform other tasks as assigned.
