Job summary

Henderson Products, Inc. in Bucyrus, OH is seeking an Installation Technician for our hydraulics department. You will install, service, inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic systems in heavy-duty work trucks, reading schematics and blueprints, performing shop math to ensure precise installations and repairs.

Team collaboration is essential in a fast-paced shop environment. Qualifications include basic shop math, hand dexterity, and experience in manufacturing; welding or electrical certifications

Qualifications

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams & blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes.
• Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components in heavy-duty work trucks.
• Read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints; perform shop math as part of installations and repairs.
• Ensure accurate installations and repairs in the hydraulics bay.
• Diagnostic and repair work on hydraulic systems and components.
