Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas is seeking a Hydraulics and Hydrology Practice Manager to lead advanced hydraulics and hydrology work across multiple US offices including NY and VA. You will oversee stormwater, flood resiliency, and watershed projects, while developing Hydraulics & Hydrology capabilities within the region.

Ideal candidate holds PE certification and a relevant engineering degree, with 15+ years in consulting and strong client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced hydraulics and hydrology knowledge
• Experience leading complex hydraulic studies
• Experience with stormwater and floodplain permitting programs
• Ability to advise on project data and results across scales

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, project delivery, and financial leadership to project teams
• Provide hydraulics leadership and vision for staff
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Lead business development opportunities within service lines and accounts
• Mentor staff to develop technical performance and skills
