Global Electronic Services in Buford, GA seeks an experienced Hydraulic Component Repair Technician to diagnose, rebuild, and test hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, motors, gearboxes, and related components in a dedicated repair shop environment.

This hands-on bench repair role focuses on tear down, failure analysis, rebuilding, and performance testing, excluding preventive maintenance or servicing production equipment. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in person with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hydraulic repair experience.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and manuals.
• Experience with OEM brands.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose root causes of hydraulic component failures through tear down, inspection, and testing.
• Rebuild hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, motors, gearboxes, and related components to OEM specifications.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, measure, and document component wear and failure modes.
• Replace seals, bearings, shafts, and other worn components while maintaining critical tolerances.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, exploded views, and OEM repair manuals.
• Perform bench testing and quality verification of rebuilt components prior to release.
• Complete repair documentation, including findings, parts used, and test results.
• Manage repair projects independently from initial tear down through final testing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized repair shop environment.

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Component Repair Technician to diagnose, rebuild, and test hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, motors, gearboxes, and related components in a dedicated repair shop environment.

This is a hands‑on bench repair role focused exclusively on component tear down, failure analysis, rebuilding, and performance testing. This position does not involve preventive maintenance, facilities maintenance, or servicing production equipment.

• Diagnose root causes of hydraulic component failures through tear down, inspection, and testing
• Rebuild hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, motors, gearboxes, and related components to OEM specifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hydraulic repair experience
• Experience with industrial hydraulics
• Machining or fabrication experience is a plus

The Shift is IN PERSON - Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
