Qualifications

• Requires ability to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing.
• Formal education: High School diploma or GED; 3–4 years experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer use and relevant dealer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all assigned work safely and uses proper PPE.
• Diagnose, disassemble and reassemble hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders, pumps, motors and valves per manufacturer specs.
• Complete required training and stay updated on industry changes.
• Repair and rebuild customer or company components such as undercarriage and pivot shafts.
• Maintain neat work area and follow contamination control guidelines.
• Document repairs and times using appropriate software; monitor expenses against estimates with supervisor alerts.
• Collaborate with team to meet safety and quality standards and mentor others as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
