Job summary

• Experience: 1-2 years
• Required / Credentials: Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech III.
• Able to easily comprehend written material and communicate with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Document repairs and repair times using appropriate software.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and follow contamination control guidelines.
• Attend required technician training classes.
• Assist with ordering parts and inventory management.
• Support team by completing tasks on time with quality.
