Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, analyze test results, and communicate findings.
• Experience in hydraulic circuit design is highly desirable.
• Active participation in hydraulics or SAE society during undergraduate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, develop, and prove out product concepts and designs.
• Design and analyze hydraulic circuits for customer applications.
• Modify drawings, test procedures, and assembly instructions.
• Coordinate projects and direct integration of technical activities.
• Consult with customers on form, fit, and function after initial sales contact.
• Set goals and investigate advanced knowledge areas as required.
