Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Press Operator for 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 4:00 am–2:30 pm). The role operates and monitors press equipment to ensure product quality.

It includes identifying minor mechanical issues, performing color-change cleanings, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year manufacturing experience, with good communication and record-keeping skills and basic English.

This is a 1st shift position working Monday to Thursday from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm. The hourly rate of pay is $23.18.

The Press Operator monitors and cleans press equipment to ensure quality standards are met.

Major Functions And Scope

• Monitors efficient operation of press equipment within control plans.
• Identifies minor mechanical problems and performs adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning of equipment as needed for color changes.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Education And Knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 0 -1 year previous manufacturing/production experience.
