Applied Industrial Technologies, a leading distributor in industrial motion and fluid power solutions, seeks a parts sourcing specialist to support shop operations. You will source hydraulic parts, provide quotes with repair timelines, and help coordinate scheduling of repair jobs.

The role requires strong customer service experience and solid organizational skills, with opportunities to assist both inside and outside sales teams and handle parts pickup or delivery as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Fluid Power/Hydraulics product knowledge a plus
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills, multi-tasking, prioritizing
• Purchasing and/or service writing for hydraulic shop / service department a plus

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing hydraulic parts to support the shop operations
• Providing customers with quotes and expected repair times
• Assisting in the scheduling and coordination of repair jobs
• Assist the inside and outside sales teams as needed
• Parts delivery or pickup
