Job summary

ETM Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Utility Modeling Engineer to support planning, analysis, and design of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems, using hydraulic modeling to tackle system-wide challenges.

You will work with Bentley WaterGEMS/WaterCAD, master planning for multi‑phase developments, pump stations, and force mains, collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver reliable models and capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in utility engineering and hydraulic modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Bentley WaterGEMS and WaterCAD.
• Experience developing water distribution and wastewater models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and calibrate hydraulic models for water distribution, wastewater collection, and reclaimed water systems.
• Utilize WaterGEMS/WaterCAD to evaluate system performance under existing and future conditions.
• Perform scenario analyses for growth, improvements, and emergency conditions.
• Develop recommendations for system optimization and capital planning.
• Prepare technical memorandums and planning reports to support entitlement and infrastructure planning.
