Job summary

England-Thims & Miller, Inc. is seeking a Utility Modeling Engineer to support hydraulic modeling, master planning, and design for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems in the Tampa area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of utility engineering and advanced proficiency with Bentley WaterGEMS and WaterCAD, plus a PE license (preferred). You will collaborate with project teams and municipal clients to develop reliable system models guiding planning and capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in utility engineering and hydraulic modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Bentley WaterGEMS and WaterCAD.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and calibrate hydraulic models for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems.
• Create master utility models for large-scale, phased development projects.
• Evaluate lift stations, force mains, and pump performance.
• Support utility master planning studies and design reports.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
