The position requires strong reading of hydraulic schematics, safe handling of shop equipment, and good communication with customers to provide quotes and explanations of repairs. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of shop experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on assigned customer products.
• Disassemble, inspect, and repair system components.
• Design, fabricate, machine, and weld parts as needed.
• Assemble, test, and prepare equipment for shipment or storage.
• Assist customers by answering technical questions and providing quotes.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business.
