PennEngineering is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble hydraulics and mechanical components for industrial machinery, following prints and specs with high workmanship. You will perform test procedures, document quality data, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities include sub-assembly, parts preparation, inventory awareness, and completing all quality forms for traceability. This is a full-time on-site role with a strong safety culture.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing with emphasis on hydraulic assembly.
• Able to sit or stand 8–10 hours daily.
• Ability to read engineering prints and work instructions.
• Safety and quality focused.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday 6:00AM–4:30PM.
• Overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assembles machines and sub-assemblies based on engineering specifications and instructions.
• Prepares work by assembly instructions, blueprint specs, and parts lists.
• Verifies specifications by inspecting/measuring completed components.
• Resolves assembly problems to meet specifications and notifies team lead for resources.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock and expediting orders.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms neatly.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assemble main and sub-assemblies to pass final test protocol.
