Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Machine Mechanics for projects located in the Nashville, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, and technical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble hydraulic motors, wash parts, and analyze failure modes, scoring wear and cavitation.
• Operate manual lathes, mills, surface grinders and hones to re-work or fabricate shafts, pistons, and housings.
• Use micrometers, dial indicators and bore gauges to verify tolerances to the thousandth of an inch.
• Rebuild motors with new seals and bearings, then run units on a hydraulic test bench to verify flow and pressure.
