Operate lathes, mills, drill presses, surface grinders, welders, and other machine shop equipment.
Fabricate, refurbish, or duplicate mechanical parts as needed to support equipment repairs.
Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other inspection tools.
Communicate findings and recommended corrective actions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Complete general maintenance duties, training, and other assignments as directed.

This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and fabricating components for industrial equipment while supporting both preventive and emergency maintenance activities. Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read and follow mechanical prints, work instructions, and technical documentation

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Associate degree or technical education in Machining, Industrial Maintenance, or a related discipline
3+ years of industrial maintenance or machining experience
Experience with welding, metal hardening furnaces, and related industrial equipment
Experience refurbishing, repairing, or duplicating mechanical parts
Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles and industrial equipment
Experience performing root cause analysis and developing corrective actions
Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
