Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a warehouse associate to assemble hydraulic hoses, prepare shipments, and verify receiving documents. You will stock and inspect materials, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure quality of hose assemblies.

The role supports customer needs with technical guidance and efficient service. Responsibilities include forklift operation, local deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records while upholding safety standards and helping customers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years related experience.
• HH Forklift Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product needs, provide technical support, and process orders.
• Process customer orders and quotes via email or phone.
• Check stock availability, back-orders, vendor schedules, and shipping dates.
• Load/unload materials from trucks; prepare and file shipping documents.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety; resolve customer complaints.
• Operate forklift and other lifting devices; perform local deliveries.
• Assemble and crimp hoses, inspect assemblies with calibrated tools; prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain logs for non-conforming materials.
