Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a hose assembler to build hydraulic hose assemblies per orders, prints, and customer specs. You will cut, measure, and crimp hoses with hand tools and hydraulic equipment, select fittings per pressure ratings, and inspect finished work for quality and compliance.

You will perform pressure and leak tests, troubleshoot issues, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety policies. Experience with hydraulic components and safety PPE is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience assembling hydraulic hoses and fittings.
• Knowledge of crimp specifications and pressure ratings.
• Forklift or warehouse experience (if applicable).

• Familiarity with brands such as Parker, Gates, Eaton, Aeroquip, or equivalent
• Knowledge of crimp specifications, pressure ratings, and safety factors
• Forklift or warehouse experience (if applicable)
