Allan Myers seeks a skilled Excavator Operator for our Mainline Pipe Crew or Mass Excavation Crew on heavy civil projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role requires precise digging, trenching, grading, and safe operation of hydraulic excavators with GPS familiarity.

With at least three years of experience, you will read plans, supervise equipment, and collaborate with crew members, site supervisors, and project managers to deliver efficient results while adhering to OSHA standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavators in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with Mainline Pipe Crew or Mass Excavation preferred.
• Ability to work with GPS machine control systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate hydraulic excavators (e.g., Cat 330, 336, 349, or similar) to perform digging, trenching, and grading.
• Excavate for utility installation including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
• Perform bulk earthmoving, slope work, and grading in large-scale excavation projects.
• Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and laser levels.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation following company and OSHA standards.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with crew members, site supervisors, and project managers.
