FORCE America Savage, MN is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble, disassemble and repair hydraulic product lines. You will work with hand and power tools in a team-driven environment, following procedures to meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes self-direction, urgency, and collaboration within a 65-year employee-owned company known for technology and customer focus. Eligibility includes a high school diploma; prior tool experience and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.
• Ability to prioritize and work with urgency to meet customer expectations.
• Detail oriented to ensure quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fundamental components using hand and power tools per work instructions.
• Assemble entry-level products to meet standards for quality, quantity and safety.
• Communicate with teams regarding expedited orders and inventory records.
• Participate in process improvements and maintain safety practices.
• Maintain orderly work area and ERP system records.
• Collaborate as a team to achieve departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
