FORCE America Inc. in Savage, MN is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble, disassemble and repair hydraulic product lines. The role demands basic product knowledge, production procedures, and proficiency with hand and power tools in a collaborative shop setting.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, tool familiarity, and the ability to prioritize to meet customer needs. Preferred experience and an associate degree in fluid power/mechatronics are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per work instructions using hand/power tools and equipment.
• Assemble entry-level products to meet quality, quantity, and customer specifications.
• Communicate about expedited orders, quality issues, and inventory records.
• Participate in process improvements.
• Support safety practices and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Maintain system accuracy and log transactions in the ERP system.
• Work cooperatively as part of a team to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
