Job summary

Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. is seeking Assembly Mechanics to join our 100% employee-owned team in a variety of shop areas including Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Hose, and Panel. You will assemble, test, and service hydraulic and mechanical components while adhering to engineering drawings and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, welding/paint experience, and familiarity with ISO 9001 processes. We offer comprehensive benefits and stock ownership through our ESOP program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; journeyman training preferred.
• Experience welding and spray booth painting; ISO 9001 exposure a plus.
• Fluid power knowledge and ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and service mechanical/hydraulic/electro-mechanical or electrical components.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, Bills of Material, and specs.
• Manage workflow to meet customer-required dates.
