Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering/Engineering Technology or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience with industrial equipment; fluid power design a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD a plus.
• Automation background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and prepare quotes with sales consultants.
• Provide fluid power designs for existing and new equipment.
• Maintain all quote logs, files, and communications.
• Review and implement cost savings ideas related to fluid power designs.
• Oversee third-party quoting to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain KPIs and prepare management reports.
