Job summary

Intone Inc. seeks a Zscaler Security Analyst in Malvern, PA for a 6+ month contract on a hybrid on-site basis. The role provides expert-level support within a CSOC to administer and optimize the Zscaler security platform, protecting enterprise users, apps, and data.

You will implement and refine security policies, analyze threats, and collaborate with governance and IT teams. Strong incident response, policy management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or security operations.
• Hands-on experience administering Zscaler platforms.
• Experience implementing and managing security policies in cloud-delivered security environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale networking and security technologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure incidents.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Zscaler Cloud security platforms (ZIA, ZPA, Cloud Firewall, ATP, SSL inspection, Browser Isolation, Sandbox).
• Design, implement, and maintain security policies within the platform.
• Respond to escalated incidents, collaborating with Incident Response teams.
• Partner with governance, regulatory, IT, and business teams on security initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify threats and anomalies in logs and traffic.
• Develop ad-hoc management reports for analysis.
• Collaborate on research projects involving event analysis.
