The position involves working with compliance and vendors to ensure consistent processes. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of management experience, plus insurance industry knowledge.

• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team through supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Establish goals, metrics, and KPIs to drive efficient operations.
• Analyze reporting data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Review processes and implement improvements for scalability.
• Coordinate training and ensure quality control with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Compliance to maintain regulatory alignment.
• Serve as liaison to vendors and drive leadership initiatives.
