Job summary

BPM is seeking a Resource Management Specialist to align talent with business needs across engagements, projects, and teams. You will partner with leaders, HR, and employees to ensure effective staffing, utilization, workload balancing, and workforce planning.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced professional services environment. Hybrid work is available for candidates near a BPM office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3+ years in professional services, project management, workforce planning, or related field.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, or resource management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource planning and staffing across engagements and teams.
• Maintain accurate resource data in scheduling tools and enforce centralized RM processes.
• Monitor utilization, availability, workload, and progress toward goals.
• Identify staffing gaps and balance workloads across teams.
• Onboard and train colleagues on scheduling processes and tools.
• Lead scheduling discussions with leaders to address capacity needs.
• Work with Engagement Managers to tailor staffing solutions.
• Forecast resource needs and track utilization against plans.
• Support employee reassignments due to leaves or organizational changes.
