Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate Analyst, Workforce Analytics to build and deliver workforce reports, dashboards and insights that inform hiring, retention and engagement decisions.

The role combines data analysis with partner-facing collaboration to translate numbers into actionable business outcomes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1 year of analytics or HR analytics experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, HR, IS, Finance, Statistics, Economics, IO Psychology or related field.
1 year of analytics, reporting, HR, workforce planning, internship, co-op or related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using data from enterprise systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, automate and deliver workforce reports, dashboards and scorecards that support business decision-making.
Analyze workforce data and identify trends related to hiring, retention, attendance, engagement and other people-related outcomes.
Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to answer key workforce questions and provide actionable insights.
Create visualizations, presentations and reporting solutions that communicate workforce trends clearly and effectively.
Develop workflows and tools that connect workforce data across multiple systems and improve reporting efficiency.
Respond to time-sensitive requests while ensuring data accuracy, quality and consistency.
Support employee survey reporting, workforce research and continuous improvement initiatives.
Help identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve workforce analytics processes and products.
