Job summary

XPO is seeking an Associate Analyst, Workforce Analytics in Charlotte, NC (or White Plains, NY) to build and sustain workforce dashboards and reports. You will analyze hiring, retention and engagement trends and partner with HR leaders to translate data into insights.

This role emphasizes automation, cross-system data integration, and timely, accurate reporting. The team values strong analytical and communication skills, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, HR, IS, Finance, Statistics, Economics, I-O psychology or related field.
• 1 year of applicable analytics, reporting, HR, workforce planning or related experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating reports/dashboards from enterprise data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, automate and deliver workforce reports, dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze workforce data and identify trends related to hiring, retention, attendance, engagement.
• Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
• Create visualizations and reporting solutions to communicate workforce trends.
• Develop workflows connecting workforce data across systems to improve reporting efficiency.
• Respond to time-sensitive requests with data accuracy and quality.
