WCF Insurance is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Disability Adjuster to handle Utah and Nevada claims from our Sandy, UT office with hybrid work options. The role involves investigating claims, reviewing medical records, coordinating legal and disability components, and communicating with injured workers, policyholders, and providers to move files toward timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of disability adjusting experience, knowledge of Utah statutes or Nevada DIR

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of workers' compensation disability adjusting experience.
• Knowledge of Utah statutes/regulations or Nevada DIR rules.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims from initial report through resolution.
• Review medical records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate legal, medical, and disability components of every claim.
• Collaborate with injured workers, policyholders, and providers; ensure regulatory compliance.
