Job summary

WCF Insurance is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Disability Adjuster to handle Nevada and Utah claims. The role involves investigating claims, determining coverage and liability, and coordinating with injured workers, policyholders, medical providers, and others to move claims toward resolution.

The position is full-time with hybrid work options (3 days in office) and requires residency within 50 miles of Sandy, St. George, or Las Vegas. Onboarding starts at the Sandy home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation disability adjusting experience.
• Strong understanding of Nevada DIR rules and procedures and/or Utah statutes and regulations.
• Medical terminology knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation disability claims from initial report through resolution.
• Investigate claims, document findings, and determine coverage and liability.
• Review medical records and coordinate with medical providers, policyholders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
