Job summary

WCF Insurance is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Disability Adjuster to handle Nevada and Utah claims. The role offers hybrid work (3 days in office) and may be filled at Disability Adjuster or Senior Adjuster level depending on experience. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Sandy UT, St.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation disability adjusting experience
• Strong understanding of Nevada DIR rules and procedures and/or Utah statutes and regulations
• Licensing requirement: Nevada adjuster license within 45 days of hire (for non-Nevada residents)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims, document findings, and determine coverage and liability
• Manage workers' compensation disability claims from initial report through resolution
• Review medical records and supporting documentation
• Coordinate legal, medical, and disability components of each claim
• Collaborate with injured workers, policyholders, agents, medical providers and internal teams
