Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active GA license in good standing.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience; defense in General Liability preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e‑document management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain billable hours as required.
• Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.
• Assist in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial.
