Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Examiner - Workers Compensation in Marlton, NJ with jurisdiction in MD & NJ and home-state licensing preferred. The role offers flexible work arrangements with 2 days in office and 3 days remote if within 25 miles, otherwise fully remote consideration.

Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans to resolution by investigating information to determine exposure.
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions professionally and timely.
