Responsibilities

• Investigate and determine compensability of workers' compensation claims.
• Manage WC caseload within targets with thorough investigations and disposition.
• Monitor statutory deadlines and legal filings as needed.
• Analyze loss facts to develop strategies and mitigate Total Cost of Risk.
• Identify fraud indicators and pursue subrogation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Safety to minimize risks in operations.
• Communicate with internal and external customers; resolve issues via phone, email, or systems.
