The Weitz Company is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst to join its IT team in Des Moines. You will bridge technical staff and business units, supporting Workday configurations, testing, documentation, reporting, and project execution.

The role emphasizes ticket resolution, data validation, and process improvement across functional areas. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Workday experience (3 years of tech focus), strong communication, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-growing

Qualifications

5+ years of Workday experience including 3 years of technical experience.
Associate's degree or higher in IT, business, HR, finance, or related field.
Strong communication, confidentiality, and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Support Workday-related tickets, service requests, enhancement requests, and user questions.
Triage issues by gathering details and coordinating resolution with internal teams or vendor partners.
Assist with Workday configuration, business process updates, security role changes, and system maintenance.
Support Workday implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operational activities across functional areas.
Partner with functional owners to document requirements, current processes, future-state needs, and support procedures.
Create and maintain Workday documentation, job aids, testing scripts, issue logs, and runbooks.
Assist with system testing, including basic test case creation and coordination of UAT.
